Here are the details on how to order a pipe from stock or how to order a custom pipe

My pipes are made in my own space, where my small company is located. I fully cooperate with the company Močvarni Hrast d.o.o, as a source of top-quality material and a place of rough processing.

You can purchase my pipes through my company. Before making a payment, please contact me, don’t forget to state your location, so that I can calculate the full price, including shipping costs, and possibly customs costs (for my customers from the USA)

Shipping are possible all over the world.

You can make the payment by direct payment to our account, either through your bank or through one of the payment services, WISE for example. Payment can also be made via PayPal. In that case, we have to calculate the PayPal cost, so the price is higher by 5.5% .   Pls, make payment in EURO only.

I can give a discount for most of available pipes but not all, because some of them are extra unique. Discount are  3 -10% .  When you send to me a mail, abut inquiry for particular pipe, do NOT forget to send yours shipping address, it will help me to calculate shipping cost and form a total price.

Shipping is, as standard,  with Croatian post, ( part of EU posts )  – register with tracking number, or expensive, but quicker- UPS service –  door to door… but all other options are possible. Just mail and ask for other options.

For my customers from the USA, customs and customs procedures are charged extra, and are added to the price of the pipe.

Yes, I take orders for custom made pipes, basic on my old/existing shape

However, each and every pipe, from my production, is special and unique. So I can make a SIMILAR pipe.

Not all colors and patterns of morta wood are available at my stock. Some of them do not exist any more. Morta is a specific material, I do not change the color of wood/pipes by dyeing it, and some rare patterns colors, and grains can be unique.

The color and color pattern of stems are also unique. Methacrylate rods for stems, which are produced by an Italian company, are not always on my stock. From time to time company change their production, and some colors are no longer available.

Morta is a specific material, so there are some specific quests in pipe production. Not any shape of pipe, or final finish, can be made from any random piece of morta wood. For example, glossy finish pipes are made from morta root, or wide grain material. As you have probably seen on my web page, I have a huge stock of raw, high quality morta wood. However only 1% of wood can be used for pipes after careful selection and analyses.

Do not ask me to make copies of  special shaped pipes created and made by other pipe artists. I respect their work and creativity. Find a suitable pipe, for yourself ( or combination of more then one pipe )  from my Pipes Archive

For custom made pipes I must create a special price, ( 10-30% extra ) because I need hours of finding suitable material from my stock, and/or must order a special color rod for stems, etc. It depends on the spent time to produce the pipe too.

Also you can order some special accessories for a special price, like stands for example.

Delivery date depends on my other orders. Average time, for produce it,  is 2-5 weeks. If I must order some special material for pipe, I will ask for partly payment in advance.

I suggest, if you decide to have a custom pipe, that you look at my web pages,  find similar pipe or pipes, inset and stem and then send me your ideas. Illustrate with the serial number of chosen pipe(s) from my web-page.

Please do not sent me inquires as: little higher, as this one, or little longer, or more wide, exact same grain as this one, and exact same color pattern of wood or stem. It is not possible to find exact the same piece of wood, but.. Try to be specific as possible, about main dimensions, excluding weight. Weight of final pipe, mostly depend, of density of morta. I use best morta wood, which are must heavier then briar  wood.
